The Woodlands- Walnut Creek Homes
The Woodlands was once nothing but farmland and walnut groves. This all changed in 1961 and 1962 when several developers, including Leadership, MacKay and Hofman, were the first to break ground and build the Woodlands.
The Woodlands neighborhood today features some of the most sought after Walnut Creek homes. These homes have large lots with many featuring swimming pools. On any given day you will see many gardeners pruning the beautiful front yards of these homes. They have beautiful curb appeal. Most of the Woodlands homes are in the $600,000-$900,000+/- range.
Homes in the Woodlands are traditional style with single and two story floorplans. Some homes back to the Contra Costa Canal which runs through Walnut Creek and residents use it for walking and biking. The Woodlands is an amazing place to raise a family and enjoy all Walnut Creek has to offer.
